How to checkout on our site using your KEEP Grants Awards.

#1. Click on the product you want to order from the our designated KEEP Products Page. 

#2.Fill in your student's KEEP ID number and name, then hit "add to cart" or buy now.  

#3. Fill out the checkout information (name, mailing address, etc.).

#4. After you submit your quote, we will email you an invoice to send to KEEP for approval. (Check SPAM folder if you don't receive email).

 

KEEP will notify you if the quote is approved or declined. 

The order request will not be approved until a claim has been submitted, so we recommend that you submit a claim the same day you make the order request.
